Street Beat: Straight Talk On State Of The Union From The Barber Shop
ST. LOUIS —
Henry Davis is back with another Street Beat, and this time he's headed back to the barber shop to hear what people have to say about the State of the Union speech. While everyone else puts buttoned-up pundits and spin artists on TV to tell you what to think about politics, and what President Trump had to say, why not just hear what other people like you think about all of it?
One of the best things he heard was from a man who says he liked the speech, and he likes what Trump is doing because it's putting issues that most people have become afraid of mentioning but need to be addressed out in plain view. "We can't address these issues unless someone puts them out on the table," he says.
Plus, Henry says that one thing is very clear right now, there are definitely jobs to be had, and they are available to everyone. He says he just started at Stock Transport Company, and thanks to Trump's tax reform, companies like Stock are looking for more people to hire.
