St. Louis Area Singers Ready For National Spotlight On ABC's American Idol
ST. LOUIS —
Two St. Louis-area singers are ready to take the national stage, as American Idol preps for its return to television on ABC. When the talent show makes its return Sunday and Monday night at 7pm on ABC 30 St. Louis, Gabbii Jones from South St. Louis and Christina Jones from O'Fallon, Illinois will be part of it all.
Both Jones's (no relation to each other) talked to The Allman Report before the big debut.
Gabbii Jones is originally from St. Louis on the south side has shared her talents locally for a long time. She's been singing since she was a little girl, and has grown her career to writer her own songs, perform live, and even acts.
Christina Jones is a high school senior who won the St. Louis Teen Talent Competition last year at the Fabulous Fox Theater. She has traveled around a lot, but has been in O'Fallon for a few years now, performing a lot around St. Louis in the past couple of years.
American Idol producers tell us that Gabbii will be profiled on the Monday night show, so be sure to watch for her Monday night at 7 on ABC 30!
