Final Word: Too White?

A group at a high school in Ithica, New York were outraged that the school's production of the Hunchback of Notre Dame cast a white girl in the role of Esmeralda. After organizing a campaign to stop the show and recast with actors and a director they decided were more worthy, and accusing several people involved, and the school system itself of racism...the school decided to cancel the show.

The group called the casting and the decision from the director to not change the casting "divisive" of the show, it also said that since the director failed to say, "publicly he wants to learn from his mistakes." It's yet another case of outraged snowflakes getting their way by loudly bullying school or other administrators. On The Allman Report Wednesday night, Jamie talks about it in his Final Word.
