Groups at Odds Over "Buffer Zone" Abortion Bill in St. Louis

Planned Parenthood activists sat alongside pro-life advocates inside the Kennedy Hearing Room at City Hall Tuesday.

These two ideological rivals were in attendance over board bill 292, introduced by Alderwoman Christine Ingrassia.

It concerns the ongoing struggle between the rights of women to access Planned Parenthood freely to have procedures like abortions and the rights of pro-life demonstrators to protest outside and hand out literature to try and persuadewomen against having abortions.

Allman reporter Andy Devine has the story from city hall.
